Hi, I’m Muriel. I bring structure to change.

Change & project manager with an analytical eye, an international heart and a real drive to help people and organisations grow.

I grew up in the Flemish Ardennes and studied computer science in Ghent, followed by a master’s in information systems in Aix-en-Provence. Through Fortis’s International Management Trainee programme I got to know six departments from the inside, from Brussels and Liège to Amsterdam.

As a laureate of the Prince Albert Fund I moved to Hong Kong. What followed were ten years in Asia and Australia, where my children were born. There I learned to see opportunities instead of risks, and to adapt quickly to new markets, cultures and circumstances.

In 2017 I returned to Europe and founded mseed in Waregem. Since then I have led projects where a lot comes together: mergers, digital transformations, IT migrations and crisis situations. I make sure people feel supported and involved, so the change actually sticks.
